Open Edition Prints:
Prints are quality 'fine art' reproductions created with archival inks on matte archival paper with the superior seven ink, fine art printer, the Epson 2100. All prints are shipped flat in acid free plastic sleeves. While the Open edition prints are quality prints, they are not handsigned. Open edition prints are lightfast for up to 75 years if stored behind glass away from direct UV light and chemical contaminants.
Limited Edition Prints:
Limited Edition Prints are superior 'fine art' reproductions, created using archival inks on velvety archival paper. Each print is created on a superior seven ink, fine art printer, the Epson 2100, and are are lightfast for up to 100 years. They are shipped flat in an acid free plastic sleeve. Limited Edition Prints are handsigned and numbered. The print runs are usually 75 or 100 only.
Payment:
All orders are processed through Mals-e Shopping Cart. This process is completely secure and allows you to pay via credit card, debit card, checque or money order. Shipping and handling are added automatically for your convenience.
Shipping:
Goods are shipped from Sydney, Australia, via international air mail. Airmail orders take 2 to 6 weeks to arrive, depending on location. Prints are not insured unless requested. Orders can be shipped via international courier at the cost of the client when requested. Courier deliveries take 3 to 5 days to arrive to most international destinations.
Wholesale:
Art of Faery welcomes wholesale orders, however due to the size and nature of the products available here orders must be for quantities only. A 20% to 30% discount will be extended on quantities of 50 and 100 cards/prints or more. Wholesale discounts do not extend to Limited Edition prints or originals. There is $100.00 minimum purchase cost and 2 to 6 week shipping time, depending on location. For more information and queries please contact Art of Faery. Returns and Refunds:
Art of Faery accept the return of damaged items only. The damaged print/s are to be returned within 21 days from original shipment date. Refunds are not given unless the item is insured and then only once the insurance provider pays. All unsinsured items items will be exchanged only for the same items originally ordered. Please simply email the artist with a digital photo of the damaged items and an exchange will be organised.
Returns of commissioned artwork will only be accepted and processed if the artwork has been damaged during transit, and then only if the artwork has been insured for the full value. Monies will be refunded once they have been received from the insurance provider. Refunds will not be given on uninsured items.
All monies paid during the creation of art hires are non-refundable as per individual agreements between the client and the artist.
